What is my YES List?
Good question! Every item you YES is auto-saved to your YES List (part wish list, part dream closet), which you can access by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Do you make price adjustments?
Yes! If you find a lower price within seven days of purchase, just contact us at [email protected] Include your order number, name, and email or phone number associated with your account, and a screenshot and link to where you found the item at a lower price.
What is your best price guarantee?
Never compare prices across multiple browser tabs again. We scan the internet for you to ensure that we’re always offering you the lowest price available.
How do I add brands and remove ones I don't want to shop? How can I get more brands to show up on my page?
On our site, navigate to the “Brands” tab to YES or NO any brand. If you’re browsing on the app, tap on “Explore All Brands” at the bottom of the “Shop” tab to do the same. You can also click or tap on any brand to YES or NO directly from their brand page.
How do you suggest sizing? Can I trust it?
It’s magic. JK, but it’s pretty cool. THE YES has a team of fashion taxonomists who do extensive “fit mapping” to determine sizes across brands and match that to the answers you give during your initial style quiz.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns and accept items postmarked within 14 days of delivery, and unworn with tags attached—excluding items marked as “Final Sale.” 

You will be fully refunded once the brand(s) receives your return.
How do I make a return?
To start a return, just go to “My Purchases” in the top-right menu, find the item, and select “Return” to print the pre-paid label. If a printed return label was included in your shipment, it’s ok to use that instead!
 
If you are returning more than one item, make sure to let us know by clicking “Return” on each item and send each item back with the corresponding label.
How can I update my shipping address?
When placing a new order, please update your shipping address prior to checking out. To cancel your order and replace it with the correct shipping address, head over to “My Purchases” in the top right menu within 5-10 minutes of placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes after that window has passed.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Can I expedite it?
Because we ship all items directly from our brand partners, processing and shipping times will vary by brand. If you have questions specific to your order, feel free to email us at [email protected] or text us at 415.223.8757 and we’ll do our best to provide you with an estimated shipping window! We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Where can I confirm that my order was processed?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and text with your order details. Additionally, you can find a history of all of your past purchases in the app or on our site by going to the top-right menu and selecting “My Purchases.”
How can I update my email address?
You can change your email address under “Account Settings” in the top-right menu in our app. Just tap on your email address to make edits, which will then be applied to future orders and communication.
How do you verify that your items are authentic?
We offer the full online collections from each of our brand partners and ship your items directly from their warehouses. If you add multiple brands to your cart, you’ll see your order arrive in separate boxes in the brand’s packaging.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S. and to Alaska and Hawaii.
My feed isn’t feeling like “me.” What do I do?
Spend a few minutes tapping YES on what you love, and NO on what you don’t to help us understand you better. The more you do, the smarter we’ll get. Plus, you can always “Edit Quiz” in the top-right menu to update your answers at any time, or scroll down to the very bottom of your feed to make additional edits instantly.
How do I share my YES List with friends?
From your YES List, tap the Share icon below your profile name to share with a friend or to invite a new user to THE YES via text, Facebook, WhatsApp, and more. Once they open your YES List, they’ll automatically follow you on THE YES and see you in the Closet Check section on their home feed.
What is Closet Check?
Shopping with your friends! When you send a friend a link to THE YES or follow them, their YES List will appear in the Closet Check section of your home feed (just scroll down!). From there, you can peek at their lists, shop styles you like, and even react to their items with an emoji.
How do I refer friends to activate the Give $25 / Get $25?
Tap the top-right menu to find your unique link and share it via text, email, Facebook, or WhatsApp. When your friend activates the link and completes their first purchase of $50 or more, a $25 credit will be automatically added to your account as soon as their order ships.
Can I organize my YES List?
Of course! From your YES List, tap on the three dots in the right-hand corner of any item. Select “Add to List” to add to an existing list or to start a new one (e.g., “Vacation Looks” or “Weekend Favorites”). You can even share them with friends for inspiration and emoji reactions!
