Necklace featuring a thin belcher chain and a nineteenth-century hand-painted ceramic miniature of the Madonna, attached to the main chain by a clover of round pearls. The precious pendant is encased in a gold frame embellished with four round pearls on floral settings. A small medallion depicting the Madonna, with the DOLCE&GABBANA; logo on the back, has been added to the final link on the adjustment chain.
