Features a handkerchief style tiered hem, with a line of ruffles separating it from the rest of the skirt. This skirt has a fixed waist and side seam zipper closure. Pair with the Medha Top in Ember or one of our knit tops. Composition: 56% Cotton, 42% Viscose, 2% Polyester.
