This Privacy Policy describes how and when THE YES collects, uses, shares and protects the personal information ("information") of our users (“you” or “User(s)”) when you make purchases through our website or otherwise use the services on our website and our mobile app (collectively, the “App”). THE YES receives your information through our website and our mobile app (the "Services" or "THE YES"). You also may access linked pages, blogs, features, reviews and other content (collectively the “Content”). When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers the handling of personal data that THE YES gathers when you access the Services and/or use the Content. We explain what information we gather, why we gather it and the choices you have regarding your personal information.

Information We Collect

We may collect and store the following types of data and information when you use the Services:

Technical Information

We collect information that is made up of technical information and also behavioral information, that may include such things as the browser being used, the operating system of the device, the length of time the User was on the App, user activity on the App, etc. (collectively, “Technical Information”).

Personal Information

We also collect information that is identifiable with Users (“Personal Information” or “PII”). This information may identify a particular individual or it may be of a private or sensitive nature. This type of information is made up of personal details provided voluntarily by Users (including your name, photo, email address, physical address, other profile information, and other unique identifiers, such as a phone number or an advertising ID) and any other information you choose to provide to THE YES.

We collect this information in the following ways, and from the following sources:

Information IT Systems Collect About You

Certain information will be created and automatically recorded by our IT systems when you use the App. This information includes:

  • Cookies. See Use of Cookies section below.
  • Device Information. The information provided by the device you are on while using the App depends on the type of device that you are using and the settings on the device, but it includes the type of device you have, the IP address of the device, the browser being used, the provider of your network (for mobile devices), the places that you visited on our App, and your location and time zone, and error reports.

Information You Give Us

When you sign up for an account on the App, or order products on the App, or complete other forms while using the App, or opt in to certain promotions and communications, or use social media functions in the App, or communicate with us, you may give us certain information about you. Such information may include: name, photo, address, email address, phone number, gender, birthdate, information about purchases, your shopping preferences, as well as financial information (including your payment card details, which are stored by Stripe). While in your account, you can invite friends to shop using our App (including by Facebook, Twitter or email). So, please be sure that you have your friends’ consents before sharing their contact details with THE YES and only send emails to people you know would like to receive them - although we will notify them that we received their details from you.

Information We Receive From Other Accounts Or Sources

We can also receive information about you from other sources, for example, from your other accounts or other apps or sites, our brand partners, social media sites, advertising networks and analytics partners, and service providers. When you log into the App using social media, you give THE YES permission to obtain certain information and content from your accounts. The specific types of information that we may obtain depends on your settings for that account, and are subject to the privacy policies of such social media sites.

We aggregate data you provide us with other data in order to provide you better and more relevant content and promotions. We add this data to customer account information in order to have a better understanding of the preferences of our customers, and to provide more relevant product recommendations and advertising. We also add this data in order to increase customer’s security when using the App, and also to comply with legal requirements. Such information may include household size, household income, or profession. This information can be associated with your personal information.

Certain information from you is necessary in order for the App to operate properly, including when you purchase goods on our App. Your login credentials (such as your username and email) allow us to personalize the App for your use and to improve your experience on the App. You acknowledge and agree that when you provide Personal Information to us that you do so voluntarily. You also acknowledge and agree that we may maintain such Personal Information in a database(s) which will be kept in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We keep personal information no longer than is legally permissible and we delete Personal Information when it is no longer needed as provided in this Policy.

How We Collect Information

Personal Data You Provide to Us

When you register on the App we collect Personal Information from you. This Personal Information may include your name, photo, username, password, shipping and billing address, home address, email address, IP address, browser information, credit card information and other information you provide to us in order for us to provide the Services to you. This may include the usernames and passwords that you use on the accounts and profiles that you maintain on third-party sites that our App interacts with. Details of transactions you conduct through our Services are also collected by us. This can include information regarding the fulfilment of your orders. We may also keep records of contacts and communications that you have with us. You may decide not to provide to us certain information but then your ability to fully interact with our Services and take advantage of the features we offer may be limited.

Personal Data That We Automatically Collect

Our Services automatically collect information about User’s use of the App. This includes frequency of visits and number of visitors using our Services. We only use this data in aggregate form, to measure statistics, and not in any way that would identify you personally. Aggregate data enables us to determine how Users use aspects of the Services or Content in order for us to improve our services, and also to improve the Content. We will share aggregate or anonymized information with third parties such as our brand partners. We share this type of data so that they also understand how Users use the Content, so that they can improve your experience with their brands and services.

THE YES also receives and stores certain types of information when Users interact with the App or use our Services. When you are using the App we may collect, record and store information arising from such use, either through THE YES or we may collect information from social media sites if you have selected the appropriate permissions on those sites. Such information may include such things as what brands our Users shop, and what influencers Users follow. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser. This includes cookie information (see Use of Cookies below) as well as your IP address.


You may receive from us "sale alerts" and other updates and marketing emails that describe new products and events that may be of interest to you, depending on the settings in your notification settings. You may opt out from receiving promotional emails by clicking “unsubscribe” in the link we include in these emails. Please note that you cannot opt-out of email communications regarding transactions you conduct on our App. Also, when you open an email from THE YES we may receive a confirmation that you did so. We may use this confirmation to determine what emails to send you in the future, based on what products you may find to be of interest and what information you find to be helpful.

THE YES Mobile App

We receive information about your mobile phone or device and your location when you use our App (or when you first download it). We also receive information when you have consented to location services, Your device has a unique identifier which may be provided to us. We may use all of this information to give you more personalized content and to provide location-based services. Most mobile phones and devices give you the ability to turn off location services. Please also check the manufacturer’s or software provider’s policies to learn more about this feature.

Use of Cookies

“Cookies” Explained

We may send one or more cookies – small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your device. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the App. If you delete or choose not to accept cookies from the Services, you may not be able to use the features of the Services to their fullest capabilities. Persistent cookies allow us to track your interests to personalize your experience on the App. By using the App and our Services, you consent to the use of cookies as described in this Policy.

Types of Cookies

The cookies we use gather and store information on your device. We can then tell you apart from other Users of the Services, and we can automatically activate certain features for you. For example, if you leave items in your shopping cart without buying them, we can track and store this information so that you do not have to put the items in your shopping cart again. If you wish to change your cookie settings you may do so. You may block your acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored, or erase cookies from your device’s hard drive. But please know that your use and experience of the Services may be impacted if you do erase or block cookies.

We may use the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are essential in order to enable you to move around the App and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the App. Without these cookies Services you have asked for, like shopping baskets or e-billing, cannot be provided.
  • Performance cookies. These cookies collect information about how you and other Users use the App, for instance which pages you go to most often, and if you get error messages from web pages. These cookies don’t collect information that identifies a User. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and so anonymous. It is only used to improve how our App works.
  • Functionality cookies. These cookies allow us to remember choices you make (such as your username, language or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features. These cookies can also be used to remember changes you have made to parts of web pages that you can customize. They may also be used to provide Services you have asked for such as watching a video or commenting on a blog. The information these cookies collect may be anonymized and they cannot track your browsing activity on other websites.
  • Targeting cookies. These cookies are used to deliver ads more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an ad as well as help measure the effectiveness of the ad campaigns. These cookies remember that you have visited a website and this information is shared with other companies such as our brand partners.

You may block the use of cookies using the setting on your browser. Your browser should have a feature that instructs you how to do this. But you may not be able to access all or parts of the App or use the checkout feature if you block all cookies (including strictly necessary cookies).

How We Use the Information We Collect

We use the information we collect in a variety of ways to improve and support the Services and our business operations and to enhance your experience and the experience of other Users on this App, including:

  • to display content and recommend products and Services that might be of interest to you
  • to operate, maintain, enhance and provide all features of the Services, including the processing of payments
  • to provide support to Users and respond to questions and requests for information
  • to understand and analyze the trends and preferences of our Users (we use Google Analytics for data analytics)
  • to operate and improve the Services, to develop new products, services, features, and functionalities, and to alert you of events and products of interest to you
  • to allow other Users visibility into your shopping and App use experiences
  • to send you communications about your orders, as well as products, services and promotional offers
  • to troubleshoot issues, detect and protect against error, fraud or other criminal activity
  • to provide to third-parties including brand partners
  • to enforce our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

Where We Store Your Personal Data

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), such as the United States. It may also be processed and used by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or by one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers located in the United States. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access the App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You must not share a password with anyone. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology by our third party payment processor. All payment card data is sent directly to our third party payment processor, and is not stored on our App.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our App; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

Information We Share With Third Parties

We share your Personal Information only as described in this Policy.

THE YES Brand Partners and Advertisers

We work with brand partners (“Brand Partners”) so that we can offer you a variety of choices of products through the Services. We promote and sell the products offered by our Brand Partners through the Services. When you buy a product, you do so on our App. Product(s) will be fulfilled and shipped to you through the Brand Partner. So, we will share your personal data that is related to your purchase with that Brand Partner, in order for them to fulfill the order to you. We also share with the Brand Partners Users’ personal content and information as well as aggregated or anonymized data regarding Users’ shopping habits and preferences so that they and we can enhance your experience when using the App and interacting with their products.

The Brand Partners whose products you view on our App will use and share your personal data in accordance with their privacy policies, and they are solely responsible for their use and sharing of your personal data. Please review these policies.

THE YES does not share personally identifiable information with our advertisers, but they may receive aggregate information about Users. Your personal data may also be shared with certain other third parties including advertisers and advertising networks that use this data to provide relevant ads to Users. Aggregate information may also be shared with advertisers so that they can serve Users with more relevant ads, and personal data gathered from Users may be shared with our advertisers so that they can show their ads to certain target audiences.


Our third party payment processor Stripe processes all payment transactions on our App. All transactions you make on our App involving Stripe are subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions and privacy policy. Stripe will use and share your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, and Stripe is solely responsible for its use and sharing of your personal data. Analytics Providers

THE YES may use analytics and other third party data collection and analysis services that assist us in the improvement and optimization of our App. If you want to update or opt out of Google Analytics and other similar preferences, you may do so by using Google’s Ads Preferences Manager or such other tools as Google or such third party site may make available. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third-party sites or services.

Our Use of Agents

THE YES may employ other third parties to assist us in connection with our Services and we may need to share User information with them to do so. THE YES gives its agents the right to use personal data from Users only in order to assist us in serving you through THE YES and for no other purpose.

User Profiles and Information

User profile information including your username and other information that you enter (“User Information”) may be displayed to other Users to facilitate User interaction with the Services. Personal content and information that is visible to other Users as well as personal content and information that you voluntarily disclose on public areas of the App can be viewed, collected and used by others. Such content that you submit to the App may then be viewed by members of the public.

Communications With THE YES

As part of your use of the Services, you will receive email and other communications from us relating to feedback we receive from you. You acknowledge and agree by submitting User feedback that THE YES may send you emails and other communications that relate to your feedback. We also may need to send you certain service announcements and administrative messages. All of these types of communications are considered part of your THE YES account, which you may not be able to opt-out from receiving.

Business Transfers

THE YES may choose to buy or sell businesses or assets. In these types of transactions, User information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred. Also, if THE YES’s business (or substantially all of its assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that THE YES goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, User information would be one of the assets that is transferred to or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge and agree that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of THE YES may continue to use your Personal Information as set forth in this Policy.

Compliance With Law

We also reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any Personal Information as we reasonably believe is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (ii) enforce this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (iv) respond to User support requests, or (v) protect our rights, property or safety, our Users and the public. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and spam/malware prevention.

Security of Your Personal Information

Your account information is protected by third-party authentication for your privacy and security each time you log in. You need to prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by appropriately and limiting access to your computer, mobile device or other device.

We seek to protect account information to ensure that it is kept private, but, we cannot guarantee the security of any account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of User information at any time.

THE YES stores all of our information, including your IP address information, using industry-standard techniques. While we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security and we do not guarantee that such techniques will prevent unauthorized access to Personal Information or other information about Users that we store.

Links To Third Party Websites

On occasion the App may link to other sites. Please know that these other sites have their own privacy policies and/or practices. You should review and understand the privacy policies and practices posted on those sites. This Policy only governs information collected while using our Services.

THE YES maintains appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information you have shared with us. Also, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that third party business partners' to whom we transfer any data will provide sufficient protection of that personal data. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Information You Can Access

If you are a registered User, you can access and edit information associated with your account by logging onto the App.

Account Deletion

If you decide to delete your account, or would like your personal data deleted from your account. you may do so by emailing us at [email protected]. If you delete your account, any association between your account and information we store will no longer be accessible through your account. But, any public activity on your account before it was deleted will remain stored on our servers and will remain accessible to the public. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Opting Out

When you register for an account on our App, you consent to receive certain communications from us. If you do not want to receive these communications, you may opt out using the mechanisms we provide you (see the Communications section above). You may also opt-out from having content and information from your account visible to other Users using the mechanisms we provide you, as well as THE YES sharing your data. If you do not want to receive these communications, or you do not want us to share your data, you may delete your account by emailing [email protected].


We do not intentionally gather personal information from Users who are under the age of 13. If a child under 13 submits personal information to THE YES and we learn that the personal information is the information of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. If you believe that we might have any personal information from a child under 13, please contact us at [email protected].

Changes To This Policy

THE YES reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time. If we make substantial changes in the way we use your personal data, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the App or sending you an email. Otherwise, all other changes to this Policy are effective as of the stated “Last Revised” date and your continued use of the App and/or the Services after the Last Revised date will constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.

THE YES participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the EU, as applicable) to the U.S. We are committed to subjecting all personal information received from individuals residing in European Union (EU) member countries, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. THE YES is responsible under the Privacy Shield Principles for the processing of personal information it receives under the Privacy Shield Framework and subsequently transfers to a third party, unless we will prove that we are not responsible. We comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal information from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

With respect to personal information received pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, THE YES is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and other relevant US statutory bodies authorized to verify and ensure compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles. In certain situations, THE YES may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

California Residents: Under California law, California residents have certain rights with respect to personal information that THE YES collects. California residents may request the deletion of personal information that THE YES has collected, and may choose to opt out of THE YES’s disclosure of personal information about them to third parties for marketing purposes. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to request the following information from THE YES by emailing [email protected] and THE YES will provide such information to you upon verification of your request:

  • The categories of personal information THE YES collects about you;
  • The categories of sources from which your personal information is collected;
  • The business purpose for collecting your personal information;
  • The categories of third parties with whom THE YES shares your personal information; and
  • The specific pieces of personal information THE YES has collected about you.

If you elect to exercise any of your rights under CCPA, THE YES will not deny services, provide a different price or rate for our services, or provide a different level of service to you because you exercised such rights. Under the current definition of CCPA, THE YES does not sell your personal information.
